Dr. Clairborne has combined framework elements of the Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT), the Collective Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT) to provide a comprehensive and nuanced method to evaluate and cultivate an environment where trust and psychological safety can flourish.
